TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Before the beginning of the journey, kindly note down the starting kilometers reading. (Kilometers start from Vehicle Parking Nagpur and end at Vehicle Parking Nagpur).
2. In order to book the vehicle, a minimum 40% advance payment is required, and the remaining complete balance payment is required at the beginning of the journey.
3. Trip cancellation charge is Rs 3000 per vehicle.
4. The vehicle will take the same route and time as mentioned on the RTO permit.
5. Extra passengers beyond the seating capacity of the vehicle are not allowed.
6. Any toll, parking, driver and conductor food/food wages will cost extra.
7. To cross the state border, border tax amount will cost extra.
8. Extra time taken (more than the return time mentioned) and extra running kilometers (mentioned extra kilometers) will cost an additional amount as per the invoice.
9. Local trips are valid for a maximum of 6 to 8 hours within the city. Each extra hour costs Rs 300/hr, and extra kilometers cost as mentioned in the invoice.
10. Passengers are not allowed to sit inside the bus cabin.
11. All passengers are picked up from one location and dropped off only at the same location. Extra pick-up and drop locations will cost extra.
12. In case of any damage made by passengers in the vehicle, compensation will be taken from passengers.
13. In case of any accident, the insurance company will be responsible for compensation.
14. We will not be responsible for any kind of sudden technical issue in the vehicle or traffic jams on the road that cause a delay in the trip.
15. Please do not keep any expensive items in the vehicle’s boot space (dikki). You must take full responsibility for your belongings. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement.
16. Vehicles will not be driven on damaged roads or in narrow passages (galli).
17. In case the vehicle’s air conditioning breaks down during the trip, non-AC charges will be applicable.
18. Alcohol, gas cylinders, heavy marriage gift items are not allowed in the vehicle.
19. In case passengers/customers do not follow the above-mentioned terms and conditions, they will be responsible for paying the complete challan amount if any challan is made by R.T.O. on the date of your journey.
